TC Computer Consulting (“TC³,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a managed IT and cybersecurity services firm headquartered at 16 Bird Street, Torrington, CT 06790. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information obtained through our website at tccubed.com and its subdomains (the “Site”).
By using our Site you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Contact forms — name, work email, phone number, company name, and the content of your message
- Booking and scheduling tool — name, email, phone number, and any information you provide when scheduling a consultation
- Email marketing sign-ups — name and email address when you subscribe to TC³ communications
- Payment processing — billing name, address, and payment card details when purchasing services or assessments. Payment card data is processed by our payment processor and is not stored on TC³ systems.

9. Data Security
TC³ implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. As a cybersecurity firm, we apply the same security standards to our own systems that we recommend to our clients.

10. Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
